BILLABONG DREAMS | Clayton Saunders | Clayton Saunders is a seasoned singer, songwriter and performer whose career spans continents and more than five decades. Born and raised in Calcutta, India, Clayton formed the pop group The Flintstones at just 17, becoming one of the country’s leading bands for more than three years. | | After moving to Melbourne in 1969, he quickly established himself on Australian television as one half of the popular folk-pop duo David and Nawab. In the mid-1970s, Clayton became a founding member of Hotspur, the backing band for country music favourite Johnny Chester.
