Best news: "Lila" from Fapardokly album is going to be in a major movie titled 'Chappiquiddick', the story of Ted Kennedy's life, will be in theaters Dec. 8th !

The "Fapardokly" Album recorded in Palmdale California's legendary GLENN RECORDS produced by Glen MacArthur on Sweetbrier Street.  Goldmine Magazine considers this album to be one of the most bootlegged albums in the history of music.  A copy of the original UPI Label (United Palmdale International) goes for  $1,000 a copy.  The English bootlegged copies at $2,000 a copy.

Fankhauser is known for Surf Music's greatest Anthem 'WIPEOUT", and a new drummer's nightmare. 
  Ted Kennedy's life and political career become derailed in the aftermath of a fatal car accident in 1969 that claims the life of a young campaign strategist, Mary Jo Kopechne.

Singer-Songwriter McMains Releases Single Don’t Say Goodnight, First Release Since Critically Acclaimed Guitar Love in 2012.

 

 

LOS ANGELES, CA, 10/16/17: Singer-Songwriter McMains, Welland International and Vast Image Media, announce McMains’ first solo effort since the critically acclaimed release of Guitar Love in 2012 (McMains is a Singer-Songwriter with a country rockin' flavor and an Americana soul), the fun loving country track Don’t Say Goodnight Tonight. 

Born in Washington DC to a father in the U. S. diplomatic services, he spent his early years in Saigon, Vienna and Paris. Dad carried a pistol, Mick laughs, I , have a diplomatic passport to this day.

 

McMains is also a descendent of the legendary Hatfield and McCoy feud of American folklore; McMains a Hatfield on his fathers' mothers' side, and Scottish Wallace blood running through his pedigree on his mother’s. Not easily pinned down to a genre through his career, the veteran McMains toured Europe as bassist with punk band The Generators, spent two years as vocalist for Earl Slick's (David Bowie & John Lennon guitarist) band, another two as the lead guitarist with Englishman John Wicks’ The Records and was involved with art ensemble DJ Monkey, co-producing two of their startling critically acclaimed albums.

Tunes off Guitar Love like Singing to the Cow, Hope You Found A Home, I Will Protect Her and Waterfall displayed unique insight, a sense of humor and an engaging vulnerability. WaterFall reached the #3 chart position in the Airplay Express Country Charts, and his recording of I Walk Alone appeared in The Switch, starring Jennifer Anniston and Jason Bateman; while his own Sexy, Sexy was heard in the film Hard Breakers.

McMains also, continues to perform all over the Southern California landscape with his band of brothers, The McMains Brothers.
